Producerbuzz Supports IAB TCF

We now enable users to select which vendors they would like to accept, modify, and reject within the cookie consent. Our cookie consent / GDPR compliance has been updated to meet the IAB TC regulations. This available selection will reflect on ads shown within the EU/UK Geo IP Locations. We use the Cookieyes platform consent module which is a Google partner for GDRP cookie consent, current version 2.2 has and provides support for “IAB TCF”, to make sure our website complies with “IAB TCF” regulations.

These include Wording, features such as vendor selection shown on screen to all website visitor users, providing easy selection of enabled and disabled cookie tracking features. These also control personalized ads and allow each user to select which ads (vendors) to allow or disallow.

Please note that we are 3rd party community music-sharing website, all of the drum kits, soundfonts, and all other downloadable material has been submitted to us 3rd party music producers.

We are strongly against sharing of illegal files, therefore if we take copyright very seriously.

Images, all images shown on producersbuzz are 3rd party images, producersbuzz does not hold any copyright terms or any licensing rights to any representational images. Please contact us for the removal of any images or representation downloadables, most images used as a representation on producersbuzz are commercially free images shared by pixabay and other free commercial license imagery, some images or representational covers may change in the future without any notice.

Drum kits we share are royalty-free and shared by the producersbuzz public (on our old website) unless they have specified license or usage rights. Please note that we do not take any responsibility for any copyright claims, therefore we would recommend any music producers to use purchased drum kits. If you wish to contact us in regards to any copyright claims please email us at [email protected].

If any download has no clear royalty-free license terms displayed then it should be used purposely for nonprofit, or educational rights. Some VSTs shared will be freeware and can be used for profit, or shared freely, we suggest doing more research on any plugins before using them for personal or business profit.

FL Studio Projects, all fl studio projects come with FLP project files and samples used within the project, these FLP projects should be solely used for educational purposes. Contact us for any copyright claims as we take copyright very seriously.

Soundfonts, all soundfonts we share are designed by 3rd parties, therefore we do not hold any copyright claims, if you wish to use sound fonts in your music production, we recommend doing more research on the sound fonts themselves. Best to purchase sound fonts for any profitable use. Most sound fonts are designed with intention of being freeware and royalty-free, but we do recommend purchasing sound fonts with a license for any profitable use.

Other downloads and Expansions all come under the same category, shared by the general public therefore we do not hold any copyright terms to any of these files, we strongly recommend purchasing any expansions with licenses for profitable use.

Any 3rd party plugins or downloads have their own copyright terms so please take all copyright terms into respect.

Removal of files and downloads. If anyone should wish to claim any copyright terms, or request a download/file removal, please contact [email protected] immediately so the file can be removed. You may be asked for evidence or ownership or asked other general questions before the file is fully removed. A substitute promotional link to his/her original project/sound/VST may be an option but this can be discussed over the email.
